Steven has over twenty
years of professional experience in engineering, sales, recruiting and
general management roles with companies ranging from Fortune 100 to start up
ventures as well as non-profit organizations. Steven leads South Shore’s
Manufacturing, Engineering and Operations recruiting practice with a diverse
nationwide client base covering Technology, Healthcare, CPG, Industrial
Products and Professional Services among other industries.
In Steven’s 10+ years of recruiting experience he has managed search
projects for leadership talent in most all business functional areas and
across a wide variety of industries. His strength is in providing exemplary
client service with a special attention to complimenting an executive’s
demanding schedules and their need for a long term partner they can trust
and rely on.
Steven holds a BS in Engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA from
The University of Texas at Austin. He has been recognized for technical,
sales and recruiting accomplishments and contributions throughout his career
from peers and professional organizations.

Nad is responsible
for nationwide recruiting in the Software, IT, Consulting, and
Manufacturing Industries. In his role, Nad oversees recruitment efforts
in the technology vertical, filling positions such as CTO,
VP/Engineering/Product Development, COO, marketing, sales, and business
development. His clients include small to mid-size organizations as well
as Fortune 500 companies.
Nad has built a 10 year career in the recruiting industry including all
aspects of client and candidate development. He has significant
experience building long-term relationships and managing large scale
recruiting projects nationwide. His experience includes working for a
nationwide executive search firm and holding industry sales and
marketing roles.
Nad holds a Bachelor’s of Arts degree from the University of Texas at
Austin. He is an active board member of the American Marketing
Association and is involved in the Austin Software Council, Council of
Logistics Management, and the Austin Young Men’s Business League. He has
received yearly recognition from the Texas Association of Personnel
Consultants as one of the top 50 Recruiters in Texas.

In early 2003,
Michelle came on board as the National Recruiting Director to create a
new division for South Shore Corporation. She quickly distinguished
herself as a top producer and now leads South Shore’s Healthcare
Technology and Research Division. She has built a strong, nationwide
focus encompassing the fields of Medical Device Manufacturing, Life
Sciences, Dental, and Information Technology. Prior to joining South
Shore, Michelle established herself in the executive search industry in
1997, finding the job of a personnel consultant to be an ideal match for
her excellent communication skills and strong customer-service
orientation. Michelle also recruited for a major national executive
search firm for six years before transitioning to her current position
at South Shore.
Michelle’s interpersonal skills and understanding of business growth
have enabled her to establish long lasting relationships with her
clients. Michelle received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business
Marketing from Salisbury University in Maryland. She is active in the
Texas Association of Personnel Consultants and the National Association
of Dental Laboratories organizations. Michelle has received recognition
from the Texas Association of Personnel Consultants as one of the top
Fifty Recruiters in Texas. Michelle is originally from Nyack, New York
and currently resides in Austin, Texas.

Bill has over thirty years of recruitment, human resources, management,
strategic planning, information systems and business operations and
process improvement experience. Since 1999, he has led numerous
recruitment initiatives for various clients including Fortune 500 to
mid-sized companies and global to regional accounting and management
consulting firms. These searches have spanned across various industry
verticals; including Technology, Financial Services, Manufacturing,
Energy, Consumer Products, Distribution, Health Care, Construction, and
Retail. Areas of functional focus have included Information Technology,
Accounting and Finance, Sales and Marketing, Supply Chain, Human
Resources, Strategy and Operations.
Bill's previous experience includes having served as Vice President of
Human Resources for a $3 billion company, Executive Vice President and
Board Member of a $400 million company, Regional Director of Human
Resources and Recruiting for a "Big Four" Management Consulting firm,
and Regional Director of Recruiting for a "Big Four" Public Accounting
Firm.
Bill has a Bachelor's of Business Administration degree from The
University of Texas at Arlington and has been honored as a Distinguished
Alumnus of UTA’s Department of Information Systems and Management
Science. He has served as President of The University of Texas at
Arlington Alumni Association and Chairman of the Board for a
metropolitan YMCA.
